The poster design symbolizes a timeline of progress in women’s rights through the silhouettes of Susan B. Anthony, Rosa Parks, Angela Davis, Gloria Steinem, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Malala Yousafzai, and a young girl just beginning to step into the world of activism. The colors were deliberately chosen to celebrate diversity and intersectionality as opposed to the stereotypical and often time limiting use of pink.
