Secret Society’s STORY

Secret Society’s Spring 2024 lookbook captures the elegance and grace of office fashions with the timeless beauty of spring accents.

From start to finish, I oversaw this project in both a design and creative direction capacity. Beginin with narrowing down a fictional fashion brand a mood board of outfits, Secret Society was created to fill the void of fashionable and appropriate work and business attire for Gen Z’s entering the workforce. Next, I worked alongside my creative team to source and select models and style their outfits, hair, and makeup.

Our models traveled with us to the Met Cloisters for our fullday photoshoot where I posed and photographed them according to my mock lookbook and shot list. From there, I developed, edited, and photoshopped raw images - working with each model to find a balance of what they were comfortable with retouching.

I then brought all the images into Adobe InDesign to layout alongside copy. Once the design was finalized, I printed the spreads and hand-assembled each signature, perfect binding them together and adhering to a custom leather-bound hardcover.
